Specialty coffee in Białystok
Double espresso from specialty beans roasted by the family-run Coffee and Sons roastery - black, latte or with roasted hazelnut. Right by the station.
Coffee at Ziółko starts with a double espresso from specialty beans roasted for us by Coffee and Sons - the Ćwikła family roastery from Biłgoraj, working on a vintage 1958 Gothot roaster, the only one of its kind in Europe. No shortcuts: every order is brewed individually, and the milk - plant-based, cow's or lactose-free - is steamed on the spot.
We're two minutes from the platforms, so if you're catching a train in Białystok, you'll make it with a takeaway coffee. And if you're not - sit down among the plants and let your coffee cool at its own pace.
